Plugin use
The plugin consists of instructions and reference files. It has no developer-operated backend, MCP server, analytics, or reporting connection. It does not independently transmit your conversations, uploaded files, or generated work to the publisher.
Your host platform processes your interactions under its own policies. If you use additional tools or services, their policies also apply. Project files created during a workflow remain subject to the storage arrangements of your chosen environment.
Website visits
These pages contain no analytics, cookies, external fonts or scripts, or submission forms. Website access logging is disabled. Technical connection information is processed as necessary to deliver the pages and secure the server.
The server firewall logs IP addresses associated with blocked connections for security purposes. These logs rotate weekly and are retained for approximately four to five weeks. General system logs rotate according to storage limits rather than a fixed retention period; they are not page-visit logs.
Support email
When you email support, the publisher receives your email address, any name you provide, and the message and attachments you choose to send. This information is used to answer your request and investigate the reported issue.
Support messages and attachments are kept for up to 12 months after the related request is resolved, and are then deleted. They may be kept longer only where needed to resolve an ongoing issue, protect against abuse, or meet a legal obligation.
Service providers
RackNerd provides server hosting. Cloudflare provides domain DNS and support-email routing, and Google provides the receiving Gmail mailbox. These providers process information relevant to their services under their own policies. Cloudflare is not configured as a web traffic proxy for these pages.
Your choices
You can use the information pages without submitting personal information. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of support correspondence held by the publisher, email support@yokhannawardah.com. Requests may require reasonable verification, and applicable legal retention obligations may limit deletion.
The publisher cannot delete data held independently by your host platform or other services; contact those providers directly.
